How Scar Camouflage can hide arm lift scars

Updated: Oct 1

Key Points:

  • Actual Results: Visible improvement after just one session.

  • Customized Approach: Tailored treatments for each unique scar.

  • Addressing Myths: Camouflage looks natural, isn't one-size-fits-all, and may need more than one session.

  • Final Stop: Many clients find lasting solutions here after trying other treatments.

I recently worked with a client with a brachioplasty scar, also known as an arm lift scar. They'd tried other treatments before but were still unhappy with the results. After just one session with us, they saw real progress, and we'll continue the process over the coming months.

When clients come to me, they are initially concerned that the results might look artificial or not match their skin tone. While this is a common worry, when paramedical tattooing is done correctly, it blends well with your natural skin tone. My goal is always to make the scar less noticeable and look as close to your skin tone as possible.

Scars come in all shapes and sizes, each with its own unique challenges. I'm upfront with every potential client I work with, helping them understand the type of scar we are treating and what to anticipate regarding the time frame, results, and more.

No two scars are identical, so each treatment needs to be customized. I don't offer a cookie-cutter solution. I view every scar I work on as a new canvas, giving it the time it needs to heal and take on the ink before we make the next appointment. I want to be sure we are getting the result you want. The average healing time is 6-8 weeks and varies depending on several factors, including your age, diet, previous sun exposure, genetics, lifestyle habits, and adherence to aftercare instructions, which will play a key role in the healing process. (I will go over this with you during our consult).

You wouldn't believe how many clients come to us after trying creams, laser treatments, or other options. The funds they spent on these treatments—in the hundreds to thousands of dollars—and the lack of results are often disappointing. When they find Monterey Med Ink and go with Scar camouflage, it's the solution they've been looking for all this time.

If you've tried other methods and still aren't satisfied, we're here to help. Let's discuss how we can work together to find a solution that fits your needs.
